Looking to replace a manual, paper-based workflow for its technicians, we worked onsite at Brisbane-based AMS to design and test a new data-collection tablet and web application. We also climbed a lighthouse.
Sydney-based start-up Beat The Q allows customers to pre-order food and drinks for hundreds of cafes around Australia, using a slick app. We spent time with the Beat The Q team designing and testing a range of new features.
Alongside Melbourne creative and development agencies Taboo and C2, we helped bring v2 of the 1GM mobile app to life, tearing down existing assumptions over a weeklong design sprint and imagining a new experience and product architecture.
As an introduction to their fellowship program launching later in 2015, we worked closely with the Global Ideas Forum to plan and facilitate a design sprint focused on improving the respiratory health of women living in built up areas in Vanuatu.
